Return Policy

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at earthsilence@yahoo.com with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for your return
  • clear photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

Return method
Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Otherwise a customer will be reimbursed for basic ground USPS return shipping, at $4.75.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to request an approved return and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
